To enroll, please submit a copy of the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- IEP (Individualized Education Plan) (if applicable)
Complete an Enrollment Packet
- Registration Form (English)
- Registration Form (Spanish)
FACTS Registration
Families will need to register with FACTS. All tuition payments will be made with FACTS online.
All families in need of Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid will need to apply online with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, so apply now!
*NOTE: Applications are accepted all year. If the grade is full you will be placed on a waitlist.
